Deposits & Payments
• Training Reservations require a non-refundable 50% deposit at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due at drop-off.
• Boarding Reservations require a non-refundable $50 deposit at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due at drop-off.
Deposits may be submitted via PayPal or Venmo using the links below. Upon request, an email can also be sent to allow for credit card payments. Please note that PayPal and Venmo payments will appear as cash payments on your emailed invoice.

Pawfinity Client Profile (Required for All New Clients)
Please complete your client profile using the Pawfinity link below. This will allow you to securely enter your information into our system and create an account you can access anytime via login.
When creating your password, please note that the system may be case-sensitive. For best results, we recommend using a combination of uppercase and lowercase letters, a number, and a special character (such as * or #).
If you experience any difficulty or have questions while setting up your account, please don’t hesitate to reach out—I’m happy to help.
This step is required for all new clients.

Vaccination records may be uploaded directly into the system; however, this is not required. I am happy to accept either a physical or digital copy and upload them on your behalf.
Please note that online booking is not available. All reservations are scheduled directly through me.
Reservations will not be entered into the system until both the Pawfinity profile has been completed and the deposit has been received. If a deposit is not submitted within 48 hours of the reservation request, the dates will not be held on the calendar.
All deposits are non-refundable with no exceptions.
Cancellations & Late Fees
• Boarding cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival will incur a $100 cancellation fee.
• If the full balance has already been paid, the cancellation fee will be deducted from the refund total.
• Refunds will be initiated within 24 hours of the cancellation request and may take 3–7 business days to process.
• If a deposit was not previously collected, an invoice reflecting the $50 deposit will be sent.
Invoices marked as “overdue” will incur a late fee for each day past due.
Agreed-upon payment arrangements will not include late fees, as terms are established in advance.
Delivery Services
Delivery services are available Monday–Friday from 11:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. for an additional fee. Pricing can be found on the Services page.
Drop-Off & Pick-Up
Drop-off and pick-up take place at my home unless delivery services have been arranged.
Training packages include go-home travel, as each Go-Home Lesson is conducted in your home to ensure the entire family is supported.
What to Bring
• Please bring all food in a sealed container for organization and sanitation purposes.
• Food and water bowls are not required—we provide stainless steel bowls that are sanitized between uses.
• Treats are welcome.
• Toys may remain at home; we have plenty available.
Health & Vaccination Requirements
Visible proof or copies of the following vaccinations are required:
• Rabies
• Bordetella
• Distemper (DHLPP)
To help prevent the spread of illness, we kindly ask that pets do not visit daycare facilities, groomers, or veterinary offices within 7–10 days prior to their stay. If vaccinations need to be updated, please do so at least 7–10 days before arrival. Many illnesses have incubation periods during which pets may appear healthy while still being contagious. These precautions help protect all pets in our care.
All pets must be current on flea & tick prevention and heartworm prevention.

Bathing/ Grooming
As we settle into our newly fenced yard, we’ve noticed more pups getting dirty during playtime. I always aim to send guests home looking and feeling their best, but please remember that full bath services are only provided if requested before your pet’s go-home time.
If you know you’d like to add a bath and blow-dry, please let me know ahead of time. The average grooming appointment takes about two hours, including thorough drying. While I will always freshen up each pet, a standard (non-requested) freshen-up includes a quick brush, a velocity blow-out, and a light coat spray. This may not achieve the same level of “neatness” as a full bath service.

Medical Care & Liability
In the event of illness or injury, Henry’s Happy Tails LLC and its owner cannot be held liable for associated costs. By checking in your pet, you grant permission to Erin Henry to seek veterinary care if necessary. The pet owner agrees to assume responsibility for all veterinary expenses and related service fees incurred during their pet’s stay.
